Pheromone for mating disruption of rice stem borers
FERMATE® RICE is a pheromone blend designed for onward formulation of mating disruption products for control of two types of rice stem borers – Chilo suppressalis (striped) and Scirpophaga Incertulas (yellow).
The product contains a mixture of Z11-16 Aldehyde (main pheromone component) and Z9-16 Aldehyde (secondary pheromone component).
FERMATE® RICE is manufactured by BioPhero’s proprietary fermentation technology, using the same enzymes as insects to produce biologically active and environmentally friendly pheromones.
